Can I cancel my order?
Once you hit that order button, it's a done deal. Our team jumps into action right away to fulfill your order. But don’t worry—if you made a mistake or had a change of heart, you can still send it back to us through our returns process.

Can I return my order?
Absolutely! You have 15 days from when you receive your item to request a return. Just shoot an email to services@sassijewels.com, and our fabulous customer support team will gladly assist you. Note: We don’t accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
How do I return my order?

How long do I have to return my order? You've got 14 days from when you receive your order.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
Yes, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send your order back to us.
My order arrived broken. Will you fix the damaged items?
Absolutely! Send us some photos of the damage, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. We may ask you to return the damaged items before we offer a replacement or refund.
I ordered my item during a sale. Can I still return it?
Nope. All sale items are final. If you got a free gift with your purchase, you must return both the gift and the item to get a refund. If you return without the free gift, you won't get a refund and will be charged a reshipping fee of £2.99.
Ordered the wrong size or want a different color?
Sorry, no swapsies! We can’t be responsible for what you add to your cart. No exchanges on discounted or sale items either.
My order has missing items. What can you do?
If something’s missing, email us at help@sassijewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our awesome customer support team will sort it out for you.
